This Privacy Policy explains how the Democratic National Committee Environment and Climate Crisis Council ("DNC ECCC") collects and uses information about you when you access or use our online services that link to this Privacy Policy or otherwise interact with us. When you give us your contact information, we will hold on to it in order to contact you in the future. You can ask us to unsubscribe you or delete your information at any time. We will use your contact information to let you know of DNC ECCC activities and events and other important environmental and climate crisis news, as well as the activities and events of other Democratic environmental and progressive groups that may interest you. We will not sell, give, share or loan your information to any other entity except our service providers and, if you sign up for an event or activity hosted or co-hosted by a partner organization such as a state Democratic environment group through our website, your information may be shared with that group.
Our service providers use various technologies to collect information, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that, among other things, help them improve experience and for us and them to see which areas or features are popular. Cookies can be disabled in most web browsers if you so choose. Web beacons are small electronic images that may be used on web pages or in emails to help to deliver cookies, to monitor and count user activity and response rates and to understand usage and communications effectiveness.

This Privacy Policy is not a contract and the Council may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes to the rules that govern this site, or the way we use your Personal Data, we will revise the Last Revised date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
